Shipping policy

 

1. Shipping and Delivery

1.1 We only ship within Italy and European Union (EU) countries. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to destinations outside the EU at this time. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and will be indicated at checkout.

1.2 The delivery will be carried out by a courier selected by Tomoka Asai (hereinafter referred to as the "Courier"). The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order proposal.

1.3 Unless in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, deliveries will be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date indicated in the Order Confirmation.

1.4 At the time of delivery, the Customer (or their delegate) must: (i) check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note; (ii) check that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet, and have not been altered in any way; (iii) sign the delivery document; and (iv) if requested by the Courier, present an identity document. Any damage to the packaging and/or Products or discrepancies in the number of packages or details must be immediately contested in writing on the Courier’s delivery note. Where permitted by applicable law, once the Courier's document is signed without any objections raised by the Customer, the Customer may not contest any external characteristics of the delivered package and its Products.

2.    Shipping and Delivery Confirmation

2.1.    Tomoka Asai will send the Customer a confirmation email of the shipment following the dispatch of the Products, as well as a second email confirming their delivery.
