Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer (or their delegate upon receipt of the Products) physically takes possession of the Products.
1.2. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned period, a written communication to the address of Tomoka Asai as indicated in the following article 11, via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
1.3. Within 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of withdrawal (sent in accordance with the previous article 9.2), the Customer must return the purchased Products to Tomoka Asai at their own expense, sending them to the address indicated in the following article 11. Unless otherwise indicated on the Website, the return shipping costs to Tomoka Asai are borne by the Customer. The Products must be returned intact, unused, and undamaged. The Customer is solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
1.4. Tomoka Asai will refund the full amount paid by the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date Tomoka Asai receives the returned Products from the Customer, or from the moment the Customer provides proof of having sent the Products back, whichever occurs first. This refund will be made by Tomoka Asai using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon by the parties, and provided that the Customer does not incur any additional costs for such a refund.
